It would be easy to criticize this restaurant. The pizza is slightly below average, nothing you would want to order for home, the salad bar is minimal and the soup is unforgivable. With that being said, it is very affordable and the kids always ask to come here. They enjoy pasta, dessert pizza and the small arcade in the back. When we ate here on a Saturday evening, it was packed and pretty messy. However, the manager/owner? was on top of things and the employees were rotating pizzas and filling the salad bar promptly. As the place cleared out, the employees started to clean things up, but it was quite an effort. There are so many kids in here it can get messy in a hurry. Overall, I would give it a 1.5 stars on food and 5 stars on value. I can't eat here often, but how many places can you bring a family of 4 for under $25? Suggestion - why can't you add cheese or some of the pizza toppings (pepperoni, etc) to the salad bar? I know this place must operate on a paper thin margin, but it's not that hard to do.

I can see giving Cici's Pizza few to no stars, but to be fair they have zeroed in on a successful business model and it's not a bad one. I found the pizza average, but it tasted like pizza and it had a crispy crust. We came for the buffet, and while there was not a huge variation among the pizza selection, they did have a pasta selection as well as soup and salad. The price point is what pushes them up a star, because I don't know anywhere else in town you can get a salad with that many ingredients that cheaply. Kids will clearly love this place, as will anyone on a tight budget.

For all The Pizza lovera out there....you've got to try CiCi Pizza! Not that fresh and and savory but still AWSOME for pizza lovers. The staff was friendly however they did have an Hispanic taking orders that didn't understand much English

Okay so this is actually my son saying this place is really good it has got pasta, salads, pizza and yeah that's basically it so I just thought that they could clean up the place in the morning though because last time I went to the bathroom the toilet flooded all over the place and I never even got to go to the bathroom! So overall it's pretty good especially the stuffed crust pizza I also like their pasta with marinara or Alfredo I just wish they would let you have more choices on pasta though. Also dessert there is great they have brownies,Apple pie shaped like pizza and so much more than that so for the last time it is great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Yes, my 9 years old grabbed my phone and entered all the comments)

Rounded up family last second to meet here for my daughter's birthday. (Not a planned event through the store.) One of the managers came up and had the whole restaurant sing to her. That was really cool! The only reason they didn't get five stars from me is the food is just OK, and the tables were cruddy. We've been many times and never had a problem here.

Came to this place with the in laws and my family to have some delish pizza and the moment we walked in the place was sooo disorganized. No plates, no forks. I asked if I could get a stuffed crust with ham and was told I cannot get it with ham. I asked if I could get it plain and was told I cannot get it. The girl that was trying to help me said I could ask the manager if they can make the plain stuffed crust and before she even finished asking Esmeralda, I think that was the manager's name she flat out said NO! So I had to settle for the one with Pepperoni, since I don't eat Pepperoni I figured I can just pluck them out. So I was given a number and had it placed on the table. About 25 minutes later and no pizza I decided to inquire about it and apparently I was not allowed to have it at the table so they put it on the tray and was almost gone. Out of all the years I have been coming to CiCis this is the worst experience ever and honestly I don't see myself coming back at all. Someone could have just said the stuffed crusts were not for individual orders and I would have understood. Instead I got the flat out NO from the manager and I was so upset over it all I did not have any pizza at all. Thanks Esmeralda at the Cicis at the Mountain Road location in Glen Burnie gor making my Sunday.

This was the first time I visited this place and I will never return. The staff (Jesse) confirmed our reservation via phone for the private room but, when we arrived, we were informed by another manager named Esmeralda that our time was pushed up an hour (without notifying us). Furthermore, Esmeralda was completely nonchalant about the situation, and became visibly agitated when we wanted to speak with her about adjusting the time. If it wasn't for the kindness and accommodation of Javier, we would have asked for a refund, and left immediately. Yes, the cost of the food is reasonable, but unless you're dealing with Javier, FIND ANOTHER PIZZA PLACE.

Ok place for AUCE pizza. They always keep it stocked. I like to get the when they're fresh out the oven. Pizza is ok. The spinach pizza was the best. The waiters cleaned up in a timely fashion so that was a plus.

The manager "ROBERT" that is currently there needs to be fired. Has given me the run around many times. He's cheated me and lied. I complained to corporate but they dont even respond to phone calls. The other 2 managers, both girls seem to be very nice and professional! Pizza really isnt that great. -------Going downhill fast.

I thought this would be a good place to take five children for lunch. They enjoyed the food and especially the bread sticks. I thought I would have salad, but it was not appealing and full of iceberg lettuce. It certainly doesn't match up with the pictures on the website. Yet, I received a coupon for a free buffet meal with the purchase of another adult buffer. The six of us came to a total of $28. Not bad. Kids under three are free and kids 10 and younger pay a reduced price. You pay $2 extra for a drink. The variety of pizza ranges from buffalo chicken to pepperoni, spinach to cheese, and there's a macaroni and cheese pizza in addition to sausage or mushroom. We were immediately greeted and sat where we chose. The one drawback for me was the dirty doors upon exit and entrance. The place had only been open for an hour and the doors were covered with fingerprints. This did not set me up to enjoy the experience. Yet, kids left stuffed after brownies, cinnamon rolls and some other pizza-like dessert option.

I've had nothing but great experiences at this Cici's Pizza. I love that they have olives and banana peppers in their salad bar (not all Cici's have olives in their salad bar!) We especially like requesting their thin crust pizza with both green and black olives. Great service and great experiences with the manager of this location.

Food is good for the price. Great if you have kids. Only bad experience is she. I had my daughter's birthday there and the party room in the back was about 85 degrees.

Went there on 4/3/14 very poor pizza. You can get them to make you a pizza but when they can't get that right its really sad. A big waist of $15. Not ever going back.

Food was hot and fresh and good. The place was clean. The manager Sandra was very friendly and helpful.

CiCi's is an all you can eat pizza joint which is fairly cheap in cost. The selection of pizza is the usual pepperoni, cheese and a some specialities as buffalo chicken. They also have salad, pasta, and dessert. The food is, well, you get what you pay for. Great for families on a budget and for those folks that what bang for their buck. I have gone here a few times, the last time was for a youth basketball banquet. While the customer service is subpar, I did run into Glen Burnie's finest in this establishment. Telling me that the line started behind her, even though I was in line ahead of her because I let my kids in front of me! Can't keep the obeise away from there pizza!

You know exactly what you're getting here...mad, crazy volume of OK food per dollar expended, and not white tablecloth service with a somelier. So, for those ragging CiCi's and giving it one star reviews, it's silly. The pizza is fine...it's not goat cheese and fresh basil on a wood fired crust made with gluten free dairy free organic whizbang flour. But, it's fine. The novelty of different kinds of pizza is what kids want, and my kid liked it. The atmosphere was fine, families having a nice time. If it's too loud for you...again, you knew it was kids and video games. If you want quiet, go to The Chart House on a weeknight.

CiCi's offers all you can eat pizza, which though an excellent value, their food is sub-par and to dine here is on par with a trip Chuckee Cheese's. A buffet selection of pizza, CiCi's, makes pies geared to everyone's favorite. Pepperoni, cheese and a few specialities. There is also desert, it's made on a pizza tray from the same dough, so you can add more weight on. The food is horrible, can tomato paste spiced lightly and rubbed on cheap dough, lightly sheared cheese and toppings make up for CiCi's pies. The cheap cheese will leave a oil puddle close to the BP oil spill, on the pizzas, so be prepared for an excellent greasy meal! Lastly this place is great for children, I saw a lot of families on my last visit, and the sound levels were ridiculous. Kids running from the back gaming room, screaming and some were crying... For the couple looking for a quick slice they might want to avoid.

This location is seriously depressing. Their employees (save one or two that I've seen) excel at the "I really don't want to be here" vibe. The seats are torn and just have a dirty feeling about them. Even the customers are depressing. I don't particularly like seeing morbidly obese six year olds chowing down on "pizza" when they would be better off with some real food and a little exercise, or loud redneck couples arguing. Cici's specialty, pizza, can hardly be called such. It's more like a ground cardboard substance topped with a tomato flavored sauce, grease, cheese, and meat product. It has the quality of a Hot Pocket. And, like Hot Pockets, I will only eat it if absolutely necessary. For the record, there have only been two times that this has occurred: Once, a group of my friends decided to go, and the other I had a free coupon and my friend challenged me to a pizza eating contest. Of course I immediately regretted agreeing to the latter. In fact, I will say that there are only two things not terrible about Cici's: 1) It's a dirt cheap AYCE, and 2) Their desserts are semi-alright. They're probably frozen for who knows how long before reheating, but they have more flavor than anything else I've tried there. If you have to go to Cici's, don't expect gourmet pizza, happy employees, or remotely pleasant co-diners. However, you can expect a depressing atmosphere, food that is mediocre at best, and some serious indigestion.

I realize that you can't expect much from a place this cheap. But it is so filthy, I really couldn't enjoy our meal here. Everything was so sticky, I wished I had brought my Lysol wipes. Every dish was chipped, and I had to return my glass because there was some kind of grime buildup on the inside of it. I didn't even feel safe touching the Parmesan dispenser, as there were remnants of who knows how many pizzas sticking to it. All that said, the pizza was fine. Certainly nothing to write home about, but passable to an audience of children. Would I go again? I certainly would prefer not to. But if there is a clambering in my household to go, I will just pack my Lysol wipes, and endure.

My boyfriend and I were unfortunately in the Glen Burnie area and decided to stop at Cici's since it was close and there isn't one closer to where we live. The girl at the counter was staring at the wall when we walked in and said hi while continuing to look at the wall and asking us what drinks we wanted. After we paid, we proceeded down the buffet line of several salad items, a sad dish of pasta next to some red sauce, and about 8 different pizzas. The salad bar only had lettuce, olives, cucumbers, and broccoli. There were other things, but nothing that would really make a great salad. There were about six different kinds of dressings. I chose the light ranch. We both decided to skip the pasta. It didn't really look that good and there was a lot of water sitting in the bottom of the dish. The pizzas were ok. We tried the breakfast pizza, buffalo chicken, Hawaiian, pepperoni, and the dessert pizza. There were also brownies in the dessert area along with some cinnamon buns, but they were both not that great. The brownies were really soft on the inside, but hard on the outside. At one point during our meal, the manager (at least I think he was the manager) was walking behind the buffet in the kitchen area and yelled something that we couldn't understand. I think he yelled, "Welcome to CiCi's!" Shocked and frightened, everyone in the entire restaurant looked up from their tables, but I don't think anyone could have possibly understood any of the words he said. It was very weird. The place is kind of messy and kids were running back and forth from the dining area to the arcade. The service is not great and the food is not much better. It's cheap, but I would rather pay the extra money and get one good pizza from Papa John's or Pizza Hut.

First or second time we visited this place, the waitress says "two buffets, two large drinks". My wife and I look at each other and she says "we didn't order any drinks, we're fine with water". The cashiers says "I don't feel like ringing you guys up." Stunned and shocked that she will not take our debit card, we take our cups and proceed to the pizza. Quality of food- definitely not going to win any awards, but it is passable. I wouldn't go here to pay $8 for a whole pizza, but it is good buffet pizza. I always feel like I get my money's worth. Not to mention the desert pizza, which is probably my favorite part. And the cinnamon rolls, yummy! Service- As you can see from above and other yelpers, not the happiest bunch of people. But there are a few staff members that are extremely nice. One guy enjoyed entertaining my young son every time we were there. It probably gave him something to do besides collecting dishes, but it made for a better experience. Price- Extremely affordable. You can literally feed a small army on a tight budget. Just don't expect Papa John's caliber pizza. Location- This place can get crowded because there are several businesses located in this strip mall. Home Depot, Ross, Michael's, and Pet Smart to name a few.

The manger at this place rules. Thats all i have to say. I requested the Mexican pizza and could not make it for some reason so he gave me a free meal next time i come. The management at the place is great. I love the macaroni and cheese pizza also its soooo good. They dont have a super big buffet but there is enough to enjoy yourself. They also have a play place for the kids.

I've been waiting to try the macaroni and cheese pizza at CiCi's since June. I tried it today after I went to the dentist. As a pizzaholic, I was SO pleased to combine my winter-time naughty indulgence (well sort of; it was fettucine alfredo) with my all-time doughy addiction, pizza. AYCE pizza, pasta, salads, and desserts for $3.99 (limited time) and $1.29 regular drink (all you can drink). C'mon now. You know Cici's is not a high falutin hand tossed, quattro-fromaggi, sun dried tomato, pesto, portobello mushroom pizza joint. So rate it based on what it IS. Slightly sweet tomato sauce (for the kids, you know, get them all amped up to drop quarter after quarter into the arcade games), regular ol' white dough pizza crust, and pepperoni (or yummy in my case macaroni and cheese). Oh they did have buffalo chicken pizza, and spinach, and mushroom, and hawaiian. But trust and believe the pepperoni and the cheesy-bread win the popularity award. This place is A-Ok with me. I had enough pizza and pasta to choke a cow. I skipped the salad bar in order to save space in my gullet for hot gooey cheesy pizza yeah baby! And I only had one serving of pasta. Oh by the way, for sauce, its very much like the wine choices at a grad school conference room happy hour: red or white. The red SEEMS like the same sweet sauce that lies beneath the cheese and pepperoni on the pizza. Its definitely tomatoey. The white is this cheesy alfredoey creamy number. I mixed them together and put my pasta into it. My own version of CiCi's parma rosa. Wash it all down with some all-you-can-drink CiCi's sweet iced tea you've got it made. CiCi's Pizza is an a-ok place.

What a disappointment. The salad bar was pretty lame and the pizza was so small. I guess they're trying to eliminate waste, but come on! In addition to the measly pizza slices, the service was not good and kids were running around unsupervised causing a lot of chaos.

I'm sad to give CiCi's Pizza only two stars. I love the concept. I love their pizza. I love their cinnamon rolls. I love the price. Why do I only give them two stars? Lack of selection and presentation. While this CiCi's only gets two stars, the rest of the chain gets a healthy 3.5 stars. For only about seven dollars per person (drink included), you get a wonderful buffet of all kinds of pizza and other goodies. You can't beat that price! The only problem is that this CiCi's is not always clean. Keely and I usually have to find a non-sticky table that hasn't had soda spilled all over it from the tons of kids in the restaurant. The worst part is the pizza selection. There are only about seven different pies presented and since this CiCi's has a lot of traffic, the pizza goes fast forcing you to wait for more of that buffalo chicken pizza. One thing that they do have that's amazing (but didn't affect the rating) is a Deal or No Deal arcade game. You heard me correctly, a DoND arcade game. How exciting is that?

    (2)
  • Timmy C.

Cici's get's three stars because it is really cheap. The pizza itself isn't all that great even though they have a huge variety, it's all you can eat, and they will make any pizza that you ask them to. The pizza goes quick so it's usually pretty fresh. It's also served in incredibly small slices that make it pretty underwhelming. The cinnamon rolls were really good though and probably the best part of the meal. Lot's of family's here so expect it to be noisy. They also have an arcade with a claw machine. The claw machine was unfortunately out of order.

This place has really gone downhill. Special orders take forever, in fact this last time after twenty minutes they'd still not put in our pizza. The ladies room is disgusting and sink plumbing is loose and noisy. Salad dressings are hard to reach and the ranch bottle was messy on the outside. Today the AC was working poorly so it was quite warm in the restaurant. Not good...they have just lost a loyal customer.

They deliver on what they promise - hot fresh pizza, variety, fresh salad, friendly staff, clean tables, and easy on the wallet. This place was packed (again) with families on a Friday night. The old manager, Jesse, is back after a two year absence.
